BioTalent has teamed up with a Pharmaceutical global leader on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this position you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a wide range of roles, including scientific, technical, and corporate positions. Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and leadership, you will ensure that recruitment processes are effective, efficient, and aligned with the overall business goals.
Please note that this is a 12 month FTC.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition through to onboarding, across multiple functions including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Commercial Operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide market insights, and create effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source, identify, and engage passive talent using a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms
- Contribute to the development and promotion of employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions, promoting values, and enhancing visibility in the market
You will bring the following:
- Proven experience 5+ years of internal recruitment/talent acquisition within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries (no agencies)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
