Senior Medical Writer (Publications, Oncology) – fully remote, UK Global Medical Communications Agency, with capabilities across Medical Communications, Publications, Pharmaceutical strategy and product launch, have an opportunity for a Senior Medical Writer to leverage their expertise in publications, medical writing and content development, to join an expanding, collaborative team of best-in-class medical publications professionals. The Senior Medical Writer will be hands-on in producing a range of content, as well as being client-facing – you have the chance to partner with pharma and biotech clients throughout the life-cycle of projects, to ensure work is strategically aligned, and executed to meet quality and compliance standards, as well as the client’s expectations. It is likely you will be primarily aligned to accounts within the Oncology space. There will be some scope for oversight, review and potential mentorship of junior writers, so this will really suit somebody ambitious, that wants to grow in the role, grow with the Company, and is ready to immediately lean into wearing lots of hats in a small team. Ideally you will have a higher science degree (Masters and above) and should have prior experience developing content in a medical communications agency environment, to include digging into data, and developing content for manuscripts, abstracts and posters. Experience with Oncology is a plus. Candidates with at least 3 years experience are encouraged to apply. We are open to reviewing candidates at SMW or Lead Medical Writer (LMW) level. Applicants may be based anywhere in the UK – this is fully-remote, with option to work from a hub like London if preferred. Excellent compensation package on offer
