As the creator of Capital Imaging equipment, our client dedicates every day to the innovation and development of imaging solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare in leading institutions, underserved populations and communities across the world. Our clients' Radiology systems are sold all around the world!

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a positive ongoing customer experience and identifying potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within these customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding established revenue goals for the Region.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in Hospitals and other accounts in assigned territory through a mix of qualified leads and self-generated leads.
  • Closing business in both new and existing customers by persuading relevant stakeholders of the value of the company's products.
  • Working with the Clinical Application Team in the assigned territory, when needed, with clinical tasks in the field and experience after closing deals by checking in consistently to confirm customer understanding and adoption of the company products.
  • Managing relationships with key physicians and key influencing Hospitals within the territory.
  • Actively managing new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, keeping the CRM updated with all pertinent customer information and sales activities.
  • Regular submission of sales reporting e.g. lost & won order report: order forecasting, prospect list, competition.

Do you have the following?

  • At least two years of experience in sales within a medical devices company, experience in capital equipment (Robotics, Imaging, Surgical, Dental).
  • Experience in selling to hospital staff, also at board level.
  • Proven track record in business management with P&L responsibility; environment and changing priorities.
  • General proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, digital communication tools and a CRM system.
  • Valid driving license.
