Our client manufactures state of the art systems designed to help clinicians make faster, more informed decisions, whether in major hospitals, community settings, or resource limited environments. Their imaging products are used worldwide to support confident diagnosis and real time clinical assessment across a wide range of specialties.
The Role
You will manage all business activities within the Scottish region, working closely with clinical application specialists to ensure customers receive both the right technology and the support to use it effectively. Your focus will include:
- Developing new hospital and healthcare accounts while growing business within existing customers
- Understanding clinical needs and recommending appropriate imaging solutions
- Preparing tailored proposals and quotations while managing public tenders
- Presenting the systems to clinicians and decision-makers while supporting with product demonstrations
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records (SFDC)
- Providing ongoing customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Advising customers on system upgrades and developments
- Supporting regional key accounts
- Helping organize and participate in customer events and medical congresses
Do you have the following?
- 3 - 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices
- Experience selling into hospitals and engaging clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Radiology/imaging experience is a strong advantage
- Solid business management understanding; P&L responsibility is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 80% (including occasional travel outside standard hours)
