At BioTalent, we are working with a client to fill their Quality Manager position. They are a transformative Pharmaceutical/Device company focused on a niche area in the market.

You will be responsible for all Quality Matters for the site. This role will offer you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and have a significant impact. Be part of a growing quality function globally with exposure to high visibility from the senior leadership team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Quality Operational Activities from CAPA, NCR, Complaints, MDR and further
  • Leading both internal and external auditing in a front office facing role
  • Leading QMS updates
  • Managing a small team

You will bring the following:

  • Hands-on Quality experience within a GMP environment, ideally within an ISO13485 system or with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical products
  • Experience leading internal and supplier auditing; certification as a lead auditor is ideal
  • A previous track record of updating QMS
  • Experience managing Quality Operations
  • Previous line management experience
  • BSc or MSc in a relevant Life Sciences subject
