We are working with an innovative, fast-paced organisation in the life sciences sector that is seeking a highly organised Quality Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity for someone who thrives in a quality-focused environment while also supporting laboratory operations.
This will offer you:

Your responsibilities:
- Support the documentation and close-out of Quality Event actions
- Coordinate periodic procedural reviews with internal stakeholders
- Administer and purchase external standards
- Track and report on QMS-related training
- Support the qualification and oversight of approved suppliers
- Maintain equipment management systems (calibration, maintenance, alarms, etc.)
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage purchase orders for lab operations
- Track and update operational records (e.g., incident logs, action trackers)
- Manage version control and documentation templates
- Oversee lab access permissions and ensure mandatory training is completed
- Provide administrative assistance to support lab and EHS compliance
We are looking for:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
