BioTalent is delighted to be partnered with a Non-profit Organization based in London and we are on the hunt for a brand new PMO Analyst to join the team on a long-term contract basis.

About the Role

As a PMO Analyst, you’ll support effective delivery across multiple workstreams by embedding strong governance practices, maintaining audit readiness, and enabling efficient, data-led decision-making. Working closely with programme leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll help ensure alignment, compliance, and transparency across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain programme governance and ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements
  • Support planning activities, milestone tracking, and KPI reporting
  • Monitor, log, and escalate programme risks and issues
  • Support structured change control and decision-making processes
  • Assist in financial tracking and forecasting in partnership with finance and external consultants
  • Coordinate and document governance meetings, workshops, and team reviews
  • Produce clear, accurate reports for senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Proven PMO experience in a complex programme environment
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and audit frameworks
  • Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, and decision logs
  • Solid financial awareness including budget monitoring and resource tracking
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with MS Project or Planner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, Finance) or equivalent experience
  • Recognised PMO or project management qualification (e.g. P3O, APM PMQ)
