We're hiring a Document Controller to take ownership of engineering and facilities documentation across multiple projects and operational assets. This is a key role supporting project delivery, handover, and long-term asset management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and controlling engineering documentation, drawings, and records
- Owning document control procedures, version control, and compliance
- Coordinating O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and handover packs
- Administering the electronic Document Management System (DMS)
- Managing CAD drawings and revision control
- Supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness
- Working closely with engineers, contractors, and asset management teams
- Improving document workflows and digital standards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction, or facilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with CAD drawings and electronic DMS platforms
- Understanding of project handover and O&M documentation
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to work in the UK and commute to Oxford
