At BioTalent, we are working with a client to fill their Quality Manager position. They are a transformative Pharmaceutical/Device company focused on a niche area in the market.

You will be responsible for all Quality Matters for the site. This role will offer you:

  • To work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to take a huge impact.
  • Be part of a growing quality function globally.
  • Exposure to high visibility from the senior leadership team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Quality Operational Activities from CAPA, NCR, Complaints, MDR and further.
  • Lead both internal and external auditing in a front office facing role.
  • Lead QMS updates.
  • Managing a small team.

You will bring the following:

  • Hands-on Quality experience within a GMP environment ideally within an ISO13485 system or with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical products.
  • Worked to lead internal and supplier auditing. Ideal would be a certified lead auditor.
  • Previous track record of updating QMS.
  • Experience with managing Quality Operations.
  • Previous line management.
  • BSc or MSc in a relevant Life Sciences subject.
