At BioTalent, we are working with a client to fill their Quality Manager position. They are a transformative Pharmaceutical/Device company focused on a niche area in the market.
You will be responsible for all Quality Matters for the site. This role will offer you:
- To work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to take a huge impact.
- Be part of a growing quality function globally.
- Exposure to high visibility from the senior leadership team.
You will be responsible for:
- Quality Operational Activities from CAPA, NCR, Complaints, MDR and further.
- Lead both internal and external auditing in a front office facing role.
- Lead QMS updates.
- Managing a small team.
You will bring the following:
- Hands-on Quality experience within a GMP environment ideally within an ISO13485 system or with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical products.
- Worked to lead internal and supplier auditing. Ideal would be a certified lead auditor.
- Previous track record of updating QMS.
- Experience with managing Quality Operations.
- Previous line management.
- BSc or MSc in a relevant Life Sciences subject.
