BioTalent are delighted to be partnering with an innovative, commercial stage diagnostics client currently building out their first team of field medical experts in Europe. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Medical Affairs, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, HCPs, patient associations and key institutions
  • Devising and executing local medical strategy, including KOL engagement plans and advisory boards
  • Working collaboratively with local pharmaceutical partners to help strengthen market access
  • Acting as key internal medical and scientific expert for the local commercial team
  • Supporting the build out of local testing networks
  • Identifying and driving IIS and RWE study opportunities
  • Representing the business at national congresses, scientific meetings, and medical education events.

Ideally you will have:

  • An advanced degree (PhD, MD, Pharmacy degree)
  • A minimum of two years experience in a medical science liaison role
  • Existing network of thought leaders in the haematology/oncology area would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with HTA and payer interactions
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% internationally as needed
