Our global client is looking for a Labelling Manager to join their team, onsite in Surrey full time for an initial year long contract. The Hub Labelling Manager is responsible for preparing and updating labelling documents, including LPDs, LLDs, and PLDs, for nationally registered products within assigned markets, adhering to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the role involves providing insight into local, regional, and multi-country labelling regulations and contributing to knowledge-sharing efforts. The manager also supports the development and use of global tools and digital solutions for labelling processes, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.
Primary responsibilities include:
- System data monitoring
- Document preparation for regulatory submissions
- QC checks
- Developing labelling documents in collaboration with various teams
Additional duties encompass supporting advanced digital and automation projects, enhancing SharePoint web pages, and analysing labelling data. The role may also involve responding to regulatory inspections and acting as a representative during Health Authority inspections.
