We are currently seeking a Global Logistics (Fleet) Supervisor to join a leading global organisation. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days onsite per week, and offers a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position following the initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Global Fleet Specialists.
- Set priorities and oversee day-to-day fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional policies and service standards.
- Resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications
