We are currently looking for a Site Services Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company in West London. This is a permanent position, fully on-site.
Role Summary
- Coordinate and provide on-site support for visits from senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Organise business events, community outreach initiatives, and charitable activities for the site.
- Support site communications and publicity in collaboration with internal communications and marketing teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, managing communications and directing queries appropriately.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, including coordination of soft facilities services such as catering, cleaning, workwear, and minor works contractors.
- Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate site records and support audits, inspections, and official visits.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of site documentation including operational procedures and safety documentation.
- Support procurement processes related to facilities services, including contractor performance monitoring, tendering, and contract renewals.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of site facilities and working environments to maintain high operational standards.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and engaging with stakeholders.
