We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Consultant to support a leading pharmaceutical consultancy through organizational model reviews and assess current operational structures within a healthcare setting. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient experience, and consulting methodologies to help evaluate the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement.

This position is part-time (8-12 hours per week), fully remote and a month's duration with likelihood to extend. This position can be either inside or outside IR35.

  • Review and assess existing organizational models and operational structures
  • Analyse current workflows, processes, and service delivery approaches
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, patient experience, and organizational effectiveness
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and support change initiatives
  • Prepare findings, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership teams
  • Support healthcare transformation and service improvement projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in patient experience initiatives and service improvement
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to assess complex healthcare environments and recommend practical solutions
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical consultancies, hospitals, clinics, or related organizations preferred
