You’ll be guided and coached by Josie Baber (Head of Delivery), one of our most experienced leaders, alongside a supportive team who’ll help you learn everything you need to thrive in recruitment. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and speaking to candidates within the life sciences industry in German, French and English
- Learning how to manage job vacancies, build talent pipelines, and match people to their perfect roles
- Building relationships with candidates and supporting them through the interview and hiring process
- Gaining insight into how global life sciences businesses hire and grow
- Working closely with experienced recruiters, learning how recruitment works from the ground up
- Accessing industry-leading training and 1-to-1 coaching to help you build confidence and skills quickly

- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in people
- Strong communication skills - you enjoy speaking to new people and building connections
- Organised and reliable, with a good eye for detail
