BioTalent are proud to be working with a dynamic biotech organization focused on small molecule drug discovery. We are seeking an Immunology/Translational Outsourcing Coordinator to support our client’s outsourcing activities with Contract Research Organizations (CROs). This role is ideal for someone with lab experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings who is looking to transition into an office based role away from the lab.
Location: Predominantly remote, with on-site meetings in South West London up to once a week.
Responsibilities:
- Outsourcing Coordination: Manage and coordinate outsourcing activities with CROs, including in vivo studies, PK/PD, bioanalytical assays, sequencing, and computational biology.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion of outsourced activities.
- Communication: Foster strong communication channels between internal teams and external CRO partners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all outsourcing activities and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, ideally in a lab setting within biotech, pharma, or a CRO.
- Skills and Attributes: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an enjoyable personality that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
