This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional study delivery and play a key role in leading people, optimizing operations, and shaping the future of a highly visible Clinical Operations function. The Opportunity As the Clinical Operations FSP Line Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 15-20 FSP resources located across Canada and the UK , supporting global Oncology and Neurology clinical trials. The team includes: Clinical Trial Managers Clinical Trial Assistants Clinical Trial Administrators You will serve as the primary line manager for these resources, ensuring effective workload management, performance oversight, employee development, and operational excellence across the function.
