I'm currently partnering with an innovative organisation at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence and scientific discovery to identify a Product Manager AI who can help shape the next generation of AI-powered products. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly technical, mission-driven team developing advanced AI solutions that support complex decision-making, research, and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.

We're looking for someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with a genuine passion for AI. This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys building, experimenting, and working closely with engineers, domain experts, customers, and commercial stakeholders to bring ambitious ideas to life. As a Product Manager, you'll own product initiatives from discovery through to delivery, helping transform complex challenges into scalable, impactful solutions. You'll be expected to move quickly, prototype ideas, gather feedback directly from users, and continuously iterate to drive product adoption and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning products and initiatives from concept to launch
  • Defining product strategy and influencing roadmap decisions
  • Prototyping and validating AI-native product concepts
  • Working closely with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions
  • Evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and strategic integrations
  • Engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities
  • Supporting product demonstrations, adoption, and growth initiatives
  • Translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have:

  • A strong track record in Product Management
  • Experience working with AI, LLMs, copilots, or agentic technologies
  • A hands-on, builder mentality and a bias towards action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • A passion for technology and innovation

Additional experience within scientific, healthcare, life sciences, or highly technical industries would be advantageous, though it is not essential. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team pushing the boundaries of AI while working alongside world-class technical and subject matter experts. If you're interested in learning more, or know someone in your network who may be a good fit, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
