We are currently partnering on a critical senior leadership hire for an SVP, Medical, a role designed for a commercially minded, strategic leader ready to step into a future-facing position within a high-performing Medical Client Services team. This is not a traditional senior medical role. It sits above VP level and is positioned as a succession hire, acting as a right hand to the EVP and playing a key role in shaping the direction, growth, and evolution of the medical function.

You will operate at the intersection of scientific leadership and business strategy, with a clear mandate to influence growth, elevate client partnerships, and help define how emerging capabilities such as AI will shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior partner to the EVP, contributing to overall business strategy and operational leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing medical teams
  • Drive commercial growth across existing accounts and support new business development
