I’m supporting a fast‑growing life sciences strategy consultancy that has recently expanded its client base, reached the 50‑person mark, and continued strong year‑on‑year growth. The firm focuses on Medical Affairs, asset & portfolio strategy, operating models, and customer engagement excellence, offering a boutique environment with genuine autonomy and room to think.

This Role Will Offer You:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Medical Affairs and cross‑functional strategy engagements
  • Manage senior client relationships and ensure high‑quality project delivery
  • Shape operating models, governance structures, and ways of working
  • Contribute to business development, with increasing expectations at Manager and Senior Manager levels
  • Support internal growth initiatives as the consultancy continues to scale

You Will Bring:

  • 4+ years in life sciences consulting, Medical Affairs, biotech, or pharma roles
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs strategy or operating model transformation
  • Ability to deliver independently, structure complex problems, and communicate clearly
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, thoughtful mindset suited to a growing consultancy
  • Fluent English (German an advantage) and eligibility to work in Switzerland
