A confidential, high-growth life sciences strategy consultancy is looking for a Manager to join its Strategy Transformation team. This is an opportunity to do true strategy work with global biopharma clients - shaping operating models, elevating Medical Affairs, and driving cross-functional transformation.
The Role
You’ll lead multiple engagements, manage teams, and work directly with senior client stakeholders on high-impact transformation programs.
You Will:
- Lead 3–4 strategy & MA transformation projects end-to-end
- Manage and mentor consulting teams
- Building learning pathways
- Develop AI upskilling campaigns
- Building out products to improve the leaderships fluency of AI
- Present to senior (C-1) stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Support proposals and help build internal capabilities
You Bring:
- ~6+ years’ experience with 4+ in strategy consulting (MBB, Tier 2, or boutique LS firms)
- Experience working on projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Structured problem-solving, clear communication, strong client presence
- Experience managing workstreams or projects and guiding junior consultants
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, MPH or similar)
