Overview: Business Manager, AI/ML recruitment at BioTalent part of the IN Group. BioTalent is supporting a global cold chain logistics organisation seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive growth across pharma logistics, airfreight, and ocean freight. This role combines strategic account management with new business development, offering strong long-term growth potential.

- Ownership of a UK-focused BD & account strategy
- A mix of farming key UK accounts and hunting new opportunities

What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow existing UK accounts, deepening relationships
- Identify and win new business in pharma logistics & cold chain
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline
- Develop tailored logistics solutions including bulk deliveries
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, RFIs and client presentations
- Track and deliver against commercial targets
- Partner closely with internal logistics, operations & customer teams
What you’ll bring:
- BD / sales / account management within logistics, freight forwarding or cold chain
- Success in both account growth and new business acquisition
- Strong understanding of UK export/import processes
- Experience in pharma logistics highly beneficial
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently
