This is a senior/mid-level Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role providing support across the Technology Operations and Research & Development (R&D) functions.

The primary focus of the role will include:

  • Supporting HRBP leadership across Technology Operations (approximately 70% of the role's focus)
  • Partnering closely with Technology Operations leadership teams, primarily located in Ireland and the United Kingdom
  • Supporting selected areas within the R&D organisation, including stakeholder interaction across the United States and Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Partnering with leadership teams on functional change programmes
  • Leading HR-related projects linked to organisational planning and change implementation
  • Partnering with leaders on talent management processes and talent identification
  • Coaching leaders and constructively challenging talent plans where appropriate
  • Driving talent development initiatives
  • Designing and launching two new leadership development programmes

Additional Experience Considered Valuable:

  • Experience supporting collective consultation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders across the organisation
  • International experience outside the UK and Ireland is beneficial, though not essential
