Biotalent are seeking an experienced Associate Director in Clinical Pharmacology to join a leading Biopharmaceutical organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD), with the ability to critically evaluate and interpret data and manage clinical trials (phase 1 to phase 2). This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a highly matrixed environment with main collaboration with colleagues in the US. This role can be based in the UK, Netherlands or Switzerland. Key Responsibilities : Provide clinical pharmacology support independently and guidance to clinical stage project teams. Lead the analysis, interpretation, integration, and reporting of clinical pharmacology data. Conduct PK and PK/PD analysis to guide clinical development decisions. Prepare and contribute to regulatory submissions, including INDs, CTAs, and NDAs. Qualifications : A PhD in a relevant field with significant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. In-depth knowledge of clinical pharmacology, PK/PD , and clinical data interpretation. Proficiency in using pharmacokinetic modelling and data visualisation tools such as Phoenix WinNonlin, R, or NONMEM.
