About the Role
We're hiring a number of hands-on Lead Product/Software Engineers to own key domains within our AI platform. You'll work closely with engineers, operations experts, and end-users to build and ship automation that drives real, measurable outcomes in healthcare. This role is best suited for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, think like product owners, and want to grow into Director-level ownership as we scale.
Key Focus Areas
We're especially looking for engineers with experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Voice Scribe (e.g., real-time or async clinical documentation)
- LLM-driven Medical Coding
- Accounts Receivable / Billing Automation
What You'll Do
- Build End-to-End Automation
- Own the entire journey from clinical input to paid claim
- Define product roadmaps rooted in real workflows
- Set and track success metrics: accuracy, turnaround time, denial rate
- Prioritize and ship thin, testable releases fast
Design & Deliver Product
- Lead discovery and prototype early versions of key workflows
- Work closely with engineers to select the right APIs, models, or rule engines
- Run live pilots, gather feedback, and iterate with precision
Drive Quality, Compliance & Learning Loops
- Instrument dashboards for key metrics and system health
- Build human-in-the-loop systems and use the feedback to tune accuracy
- Design features with HIPAA, auditability, and payer compliance in mind
Who You Are
- 2+ years building provider-side healthcare products with ownership
- Experience as a Lead Engineer or Team Lead on complex products
- Data-driven thinker with a bias toward iteration and measurable outcomes
- Effective communicator who can interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Security- and privacy-conscious; familiar with handling PHI in production
- Ambitious and ready to grow into a Director of Product Engineering
