Europe-based role, ~25% travel. Lead the European market access & reimbursement strategy for a high-impact molecular diagnostic across current and future indications. You’ll drive country pathways (France, Germany, UK + key EU markets), manage local submissions with external partners, and engage payers/HTA bodies to secure reimbursement.
What you’ll do:
- Build the EU access roadmap (incl. coding/tariff and tenders where relevant)
- Co-create value propositions with Marketing & Medical Affairs
- Develop HEOR/medico-economic models and payer insights
- Represent the business in relevant EU/national forums
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years in Market Access/HEOR/reimbursement (diagnostics/biopharma)
- Strong knowledge of EU HTA and reimbursement processes (FR/DE/UK a plus)
- Proven consultant/vendor management; excellent communication
- Fluent English; other languages welcome
