Field-based in the UK, with 25–40% domestic travel plus periodic EU/global meetings. Lead the in-country build and growth of an innovative molecular diagnostic. You’ll own the national business plan and execution—driving adoption, reimbursement progress, and sustainable revenue growth—while acting as the senior local representative and trusted partner to hospitals, labs, payers, and KOLs.
Key focus:
- Execute local launch and expansion; deliver measurable adoption/reimbursement milestones
- Lead stakeholder engagement across healthcare authorities, payers, clinical networks, labs and hospital systems
- Partner with Medical Affairs/Medical Director to enable collaborations and local data generation
- Work with Market Access on HTA, tenders, payer interactions and access strategy
- Build and develop the local team/partner ecosystem (MSLs, distributors, consultants) and manage budgets/compliance
You bring:
- 9+ years in biotech/diagnostics/pharma with local leadership experience; 4+ years people management
- Proven launch + scale track record in healthcare/diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of the local healthcare/reimbursement landscape
- Matrix leadership, negotiation and high-integrity operating style
- Fluent English
