They have built a strong reputation for running safe, high-quality Phase I trials with biotech and pharma partners worldwide. The pharmacy and production teams are central to this mission, preparing and managing investigational medicines under strict GMP.The company is also in an exciting period of expansion . Facility upgrades are already underway, with further improvements due over the next 1–2 years. These will bring new capabilities, enhanced staff benefits, and a modernised GMP environment. Joining now means being part of that journey and helping shape the future of their pharmacy function.The Role We\’re looking for two Pharmacy Technicians to join the pharmacy production team. This role will be responsible for:Preparing, dispensing, repackaging, and labelling investigational medicinal products (IMP/NIMP).Handling sterile and non-sterile formulations under GMP.Following SOPs and maintaining detailed pharmacy and GMP records.Supporting audits and inspections, and mentoring apprentices or junior staff.You\’ll work closely with colleagues across production and quality functions, reporting directly to the Deputy Production Manager and Principal Pharmacist & Production Manager.Key Requirements We\’re ideally looking for someone with:Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.Experience in GMP-compliant aseptic or sterile production (hospital aseptic unit, radiopharmacy, or pharma/clinical trials).Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work independently.Excellent written and spoken English (tested during the interview process).A proactive mindset, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff.Please note that if you meet most of the requirements but not all, we still encourage you to apply.What\’s on Offer Competitive salary.25 days annual leave, pension, and further benefits as facility upgrades progress.A collaborative, supportive culture where detail and quality matter.The opportunity to play a hands-on role in early-phase clinical research, directly contributing to the development of new medicines.
