We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Finance team in Ystrad Mynach as Finance Operations Team Leader. This role is a maternity cover role and is for a 9 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll oversee and support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll lead by example, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering accountability. With a focus on efficiency, you’ll also drive process improvements and help build a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
