We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our commercial team and support our continued growth across Europe, North America, and Asia.
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing inbound inquiries, proactively engaging new and existing customers, and supporting field sales with high‑quality lead qualification. The role combines technical knowledge of biochemical products with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success.
This position works closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Sales to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and value‑adding support.
- Proactively develop and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital tools.
