\We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposals Manager to join our Complex Chemicals Division.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality, proposals for our customers and will require collaboration with our commercial teams ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
\Estimate project costs for new project RFPs, resupply batches, and change orders by working with site technical leads. \Create a professional proposal which summarizes the pricing strategy and technical approach for each project. \Enable proposal approval process from the ground up, from initial technical review and final leadership approval of the project strategy and cost structure. \Be the lead for each proposal driving the completion while keeping site technical leads, business developers and business unit leadership updated with progress and informing of any information required to finalize proposal. \Review the results of completed projects with management to ensure the ongoing costing structure in proposals is accurate and profitable.
\Ph D or MSc in organic chemistry. \Scientific/technical/chemical writing – ideally for a CDMO or Pharmaceutical company or similar. \Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.
\This role can be offered on a hybrid working basis.
