We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO and support the day-to-day operations and development of the company.

This is a highly varied role combining operational coordination, administrative support, and strategic research.

The position is designed for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working across a wide range of topics in a fast-moving environment.

You will help ensure that the company runs smoothly while also identifying opportunities that can support its growth and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Operational coordination
  • Support day-to-day company operations and administrative coordination
  • Manage communications and follow-ups with external stakeholders and service providers
  • Organise internal documentation, contracts, and key company information
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups with partners and collaborators
  • Help track operational tasks and ensure execution across teams
  • Strategic and research support
  • Identify relevant programmes, initiatives, and opportunities that may benefit the company
  • Monitor developments in the ecosystem and flag opportunities for partnerships, visibility, or collaboration
  • Support preparation of materials for applications, submissions, or external engagements
