About the Role
A great opportunity for a live-out chef to work within a private household in the Cotswolds. This is a family household, but your main responsibility will be cooking for the principals.
The principals are health-conscious and follow a strict high performance nutritional plan. They require someone who can work with a nutritionist and strength and conditioning team to create meals within a calorie / macro plan but also varied and delicious.
The family occasionally entertain at home so the Chef should also be comfortable with dinner parties and cooking for guests. Discretion and trustworthiness are essential.
The candidate must be willing to travel as the family may live in other locations (both in the UK and overseas) for short work projects.
This role is a permanent full-time position, 5 days a week, cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner with some flexibility required to suit the family’s needs.

Salary: Dependent on experience – neg (circa 65K+)
Responsibilities
- Creating varied menus following the Principal\’s dietary requirements
- Keeping the kitchens stocked with appropriate ingredients
- Shopping and sourcing seasonal ingredients
- Managing the wine cellar and beverages in the pantry and bar areas.
- Keeping the kitchen clean at all times
- Preparing and stocking a ‘Wild’ kitchen when required.
- Able to work as part of a high performance team of specialists
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to travel with the family if required.
- This full-time role involves working 5 days a week with some flexibility for weekends.
- Candidates must be comfortable with dogs.
- Candidates should hold a full driving licence and have your own vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage
