We are looking for a part-time private chef to deliver meals to the client once every 4 weeks (3 meals per day plus snacks, 6-7 days per week, and the initial plan for 7 days per week with the flexibility to reduce to 6 days if necessary for chef capacity). You will need to deliver to Dumfries in Scotland. The client’s diet must follow low histamine guidelines, and he currently avoids dairy, soy, and certain other foods, with consideration for transitioning fully to AIP diet for additional health benefits. Rate and working hours will be discussed during the interview.
