The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to proactively support and assist our account teams with the management and delivery of projects across the full range of medical communications services with an emphasis on financial and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for the internal account team; manage workload through understanding of role, priorities, and individual responsibilities
- Independently manage and deliver small projects on time and on budget
- Support all account team members with the delivery of larger, more complex projects
- Assist with arrangements and logistics for external meetings, including correspondence and liaison with any third parties or vendors; provide onsite support as required
- Support Client Services colleagues with internal and external financial management tasks including developing scopes of work, manage client purchase orders and budget systems, attend financial status calls, demonstrate thorough knowledge of client invoicing procedures and clients' payment processes
Please note this role may require domestic and international travel.
