We provide medical communication services, market access consulting and regulatory writing support with deep domain expertise to effectively navigate complex disease are We are currently looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to proactively lead and motivate our client account teams to deliver projects across the full range of medical communications services with an emphasis on excellent client service and best practice financial and project manage ategiesLead and motivate the team and provide regular coaching and feedback on performance to client service team members and direct line reportsTake the lead in establishing and driving effective teamwork to deliver projects on time, to budget and to client satis factionTake responsibility for team performance and client relationships, including account team resourcing requi rementsProvide professional, high-quality commercial perspective to allocated a rdinglyEstablish positive long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact according to the requirements of the accountPrepare for, attend and proactively participate in client meetings, including on-site support according to the needs of the accountContribute to the development and regular review of account plans and forecasts, taking accountability for assigned equiredLiaise with internal teams to produce accurate project specifications and budget estimates, actively reviewing SOWs and providing best practice leadership on budget tracking both internally and ext ernallyDrive projects through to completion, including reconciliation invoicing, and the monitoring of aged debt in a timely manner, demonstrating best practice of Bioscript financial pro ceduresUnderstand and meet account KPIs, highlighting any concerns/issues to senior client services colleagues in a timely mannerBe confident in communicating across the organisation, including up managing to the Med Comms Leadership Team and mentoring Account Managers, Executives and Coord inatorsIdentify opportunities for growth, identify potential limitations and propose appropriate course of expertiseExcellent project and financial managem am player Please note, this role may require domestic and internationa l travel. and skillset25 days holiday + bank holidays + winter shutdown + holiday pu
