SUMMARY
The Medical Education Programs Coordinator will play a critical role in organizing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs in support of educating Urologists on the benefits of the Aquablation therapy procedure and technology. This individual will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally and with Procept’s expanding network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create, schedule and execute a range of medical education program offerings throughout the United States.
The Coordinator will be expected to hit the ground running to support the logistics and coordination of existing peer-to-peer (P2P) programs. She/he must be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help transform patient care while establishing a career in medical device marketing.
PROCEPT BioRobotics supports a flexible working structure, requiring a couple of days every 6 weeks in the headquarter office in the Bay Area, CA, but more, if warranted, by a specific project. This position reports to the Director, Medical Education.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all logistics in support of the Company’s medical education program calendar
- Support maintenance and inventory management of the Company’s demonstration equipment
- Maintain the programs calendar and monitor and report event registration regularly
- Work with Procept’s KOL network to maintain a schedule of peer-to-peer programs on a recurring basis
- Assist with the monitoring and reporting of program effectiveness
- Build strong relationships within sales, marketing, clinical, global commercial learning & development, legal and regulatory teams
- Track KOL activity and invoicing related to peer-to-peer educational programs
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics’ Quality & EHS Policies
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a qualification in a related field

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
