The Opportunity That Awaits You:

The Marketing Manager Aquablation Program Development (Utilization) will play a crucial role in driving increased utilization and adoption of Aquablation Therapy in an existing customer base throughout EMEA in current and new markets. The role will collaborate with Upstream Marketing, Professional Education, Utilization Sales, Clinical Teams, Sales Operations, Sales Training, and Customer Service functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help transform patient care as part of a small energetic team in a dynamic company. The position requires critical thinking, the ability to take initiatives and lead change, and the ability to ask the right questions to assess fundamental needs while working effectively with a diverse team.

What Your Day to Day Will Involve:

  • Organize and communicate peer-to-peer engagements in partnership with Utilization Sales Teams and Clinical teams to drive improved therapy understanding and adoption.
  • Drive regional and local engagement meetings & activities.
  • Develop local language materials and campaigns in both digital and print media.
  • Organize EMEA & National Exhibitions in partnership with the US & International Marketing Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, Society Bodies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and practices to understand gaps and build programs that drive growth.
  • Interface closely with the Utilization and Clinical Field team to implement Programs for growth in priority target market regions.
  • Support distributor and secondary market activities where required.
  • Partner with Global Downstream Marketing to develop and deliver patient and clinical campaigns across multiple platforms and languages.
  • Partner with the global Sales and Marketing organization to effectively communicate appropriate product, market, clinical, and competitive information to maximize sales results.
  • Conduct product presentations for physicians, internal team, and medical staff in the clinical environment or during sales training events.
  • Develop strong product and market knowledge of BPH technologies to represent the product category with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
  • Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:

  • BSc/BA degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing with medical device or healthcare experience preferred across EMEA.
  • Robotic and Urological experience preferred.
  • Proven success supporting successful marketing strategies at the downstream level.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface successfully with internal and external customers at every level.
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions in a complex environment involving trade-offs and risk-benefit assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal employees.
  • Professional work ethic, high capacity, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to operate independently.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work at a fast pace and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
