Bioptimus is building the first universal AI foundation model for biology and is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to bridge unstructured real-world data with frontier models.

You will lead data dictionaries, QC, and reproducible pipelines, interfacing with hospitals, CROs/CMOs, and global partners.

You will implement ontology mappings for cancer/oncology and immunology, design metadata, and ensure data quality across multimodal datasets, joining a fast-paced startup mission.
