We’re seeking an Operational Excellence / Process & Effectiveness Manager to improve how our Phorum teams work, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and value for our 7,000+ members. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on operational improvement experience in manufacturing or process‑driven environments who is motivated by transforming processes, driving efficiency, and delivering measurable impact across an organisation. Ideally you will come from a Life Sciences, Biopharmaceutical background.
What You’ll Do
- Lead change initiatives, embedding new ways of working across teams
- Map, document, and standardise processes, identifying inefficiencies and scalable solutions
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods to drive measurable results
- Work with IT and tools to support operational improvements and governance
- Build business cases, track KPIs, and communicate improvements to senior stakeholders.

Location
This is a home‑based role, with expected travel in order to participate in customer and organisational events. While BioPhorum is a UK based business, ad hoc international travel may be required.
