We are now looking for a Global Change Facilitator to join our growing Technology Strategy Phorum team.

The Role
As a Global Change Facilitator, you will lead and facilitate industry workstreams made up of senior experts from across the global biopharma sector. You’ll create highly collaborative environments that help members solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges, guiding projects from concept through to delivery. This role combines:

You’ll work on initiatives focused on areas such as future facility design, autonomous process systems, and technology adoption, helping deliver outputs including industry guidance, benchmarking reports, business case frameworks, and strategic tools.
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMOs, or consulting who enjoys collaboration and driving meaningful change. You will bring:
