The Role
We are seeking a hands‑on IT Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Online experience to play a central role in supporting and evolving our core business platforms. Dynamics 365 and SharePoint sit at the heart of how BioPhorum operates — managing memberships, collaboration structures, onboarding workflows, document management, and meeting processes. You’ll work closely with another IT Systems Engineer to maintain operational excellence across our Microsoft‑centric environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the operational system managing core data, memberships, workflows, and collaboration setup
- Maintain and govern SharePoint Online collaboration environments (site structures, document libraries, permissions, content governance)
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between Dynamics and SharePoint, including automated site provisioning, permission management, document storage, and data synchronisation
- Resolve cross‑platform issues involving automation, access control, and workflow integrity
- Ensure data quality, scalability, and structured collaboration practice
- Support Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Provide internal helpdesk support and manage user lifecycle processes
- Maintain system security hygiene and access controls
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP)
- Strong hands‑on SharePoint Online administration experience
- Experience managing permissions, integrations, and structured collaboration environments
- Solid understanding of IT operations and user lifecycle management
- Confident troubleshooting across platforms and workflows
Desirable
- Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Azure SQL or data environments
- Power BI
- Identity and access management (Entra ID)
- Experience working with external IT providers
Location: Home-based with at least two UK and two international trips per year to support our annual events cycle. If you have strong Dynamics and SharePoint expertise and enjoy owning and improving integrated business platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
