GSK is seeking a Global Medical Director Specialty Care to lead the design and rollout of a globally aligned MSL deployment framework, with governance, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration across regions. The role will partner with Global, Regional and Local Medical and R&D teams to drive site-facing scientific engagement and trial-related activities.

You will work across matrixed teams to enable high-quality scientific exchange, Investigator engagement and enrolment.
