Reporting to the Quality Control Team Lead, the successful candidate will work as part of a growing team of Quality control technicians to support the day-to-day implementation of our quality control function within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to providing quality products to our customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Accountabilities: Assist with promoting a strong quality culture within the company and provide support with quality culture activities. Uphold site standards including adherence to PPE, Hygiene, Housekeeping. Conduct visual inspections and perform functional quality checks at all stages of production. Manage and control instances of non-conforming products and raw materials. Complete routine quality circuit inspections to confirm that processes and checks are being adhered to at all times. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, log non-conformities and quarantine product as applicable when required.
