We are looking for a Team Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our Product Team and take a central role in shaping the technical direction of our solutions.
What We DoWe build bespoke applications that:
- Identify and educate patients in need of treatment
- Empower public and private services to support patients to live to their full potential
- Support healthcare professionals in prescribing the most effective treatments
As Team Lead, you will be a key figure in the product team, collaborating with the Product Owner, testers, and developers to deliver impactful healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Leadership: Define and lead the technical direction of the product. Ensuring the architecture is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.
- Sprint Planning & Delivery: Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan sprints, estimate work, and ensure the smooth delivery of features.
- Line Management, Team Support & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to other developers, helping them grow and succeed.
- Backlog Grooming: Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritise the backlog. This ensures upcoming work is clear and feasible.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with testers to ensure robust quality assurance and support the Product Owner in translating user needs into technical solutions.
- Show & Tells: Lead regular demos to showcase progress, gather feedback, and connect with stakeholders.
You work with internal and external stakeholders with assurance. You are also comfortable taking ownership of delivery. You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also capable of working independently. You have commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer and are ready to step into a leadership role. You are analytical, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
Tech StackOur core technologies include:
- C# / ASP.NET Core
- SQL / Azure
- JavaScript – having experience with Vue helps, but it is not a must if you have used similar frameworks.
