We’re looking for an experienced In‑House Recruiter to join us on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting an exciting period of growth across our healthcare services. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support recruitment for a range of clinical and non‑clinical healthcare roles, helping us attract great people while maintaining high standards around compliance, quality, and candidate experience. You’ll spend two days a week working from our beautiful Mercia Marina offices in Derby, with flexibility the rest of the time.
