We are looking for an experienced In‐House Recruiter to join us on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract, supporting an exciting period of growth across our healthcare services. Must be available to start in April. This is a hands‐on role where you will support recruitment for a range of clinical and non‐clinical healthcare roles, helping us attract great people while maintaining high standards around compliance, quality, and candidate experience. You will spend two days a week working from our beautiful Mercia Marina offices in Derby, with flexibility the rest of the time.
What you will be doing:
- Managing end‐to‐end recruitment for healthcare roles (including clinical positions)
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand priorities
- Proactively sourcing candidates and managing agencies where required
- Coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through a smooth, supportive journey
- Ensuring recruitment activity aligns with healthcare compliance requirements
- Supporting with talent pooling to support our future growth

- Proven experience recruiting within healthcare (in‐house or agency)
- Confidence hiring for regulated roles and working within compliance‐led environments
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
