About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of AI and automation across business processes, driving efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with formal qualifications, and experience in technology-driven transformations and managing change.
What will your job look like?
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI and automation solutions across various business functions
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to align automation strategies with company objectives
- Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of process, infrastructure, and technological improvements
- Utilize Salesforce and other relevant technologies to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and leadership to drive efficient outcomes while thoughtfully managing the broader people implications, recognizing and addressing the interpersonal dynamics that impact project outcomes
- Work with third party vendors to drive project forward
- Ensure AI projects adhere to data privacy regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry standards
- Testing and training AI models, supervised and unsupervised
- Collecting and cleansing the data for AI models
- Creating the knowledge for AI model, structured and unstructured
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a recognised certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
- Background/qualification in IT or technology would be preferred
- Data analytics and performance monitoring tools relevant to AI projects is advantageous
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation strategies
- Have a good understanding of the AI services provided by Azure & Salesforce
- Excellent people and change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption and engagement
