About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator, EAP to support the delivery of Early Access Programs (EAPs) and help ensure life‑changing medicines reach patients efficiently, compliantly, and with exceptional service.
Reporting into a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating multiple programs, supporting project delivery, and acting as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. What will your job look like?
- Support Project Leads in the delivery of multiple Early Access Programs (EAPs), including meeting minutes, project documentation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting
- Support and contribute to client meetings, ensuring clear actions and follow‑up
- Take ownership of project control activities to support effective planning, tracking, and delivery
- Act as a key Patient Access point of contact and support site transitions for post‑trial access where required
- Support delivery against program‑specific KPIs to maintain operational excellence
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver a high‑quality client and patient experience throughout the program lifecycle
- Provide tailored support to clients to meet individual requirements and exceed service expectations
- Support the development and improvement of systems and processes to enable successful program delivery
- Identify and elevate opportunities for operational efficiencies and program enhancements
- Ensure quality, regulatory, and country‑specific requirements are met, while supporting broader EAP and business development activities and promoting patient centricity
What will you need to succeed?
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare or Science‑related subject is desirable, with a strong interest in Early Access and the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- An interest in the EAP space is desirable
