About The Role
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our Central Sourcing team within the CTS Department. You will support the delivery of projects and orders across the pharmaceutical supply chain, developing an understanding of product access channels, supplier networks, and global sourcing strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation and contribute directly to patient access worldwide.
What will your job look like?
- Develop expertise in comparator products, therapy areas, and global supplier access channels
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Manage supplier ordering processes to meet timelines, quality, and specification standards
- Negotiate supplier discounts to drive value and support commercial goals
- Understand and uphold global sourcing and procurement processes
- Support proposal and quotation processes, including contributing to bid defences
- Track and achieve sourcing KPIs, and monitor key sourcing metrics
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), SOPs, and all licensing requirements
- Collaborate with account managers, regulatory, QA, and logistics to ensure efficient operations
- Participate in research, improvement initiatives, and project support
- Maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain and industry trends
- Attend supplier meetings virtually or in-person to foster strong partnerships
- Promote best sourcing behaviours and high-quality service delivery
- Uphold health & safety, anti-bribery, data protection, and other compliance requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to continually improve client offerings and service
